1. City Promenade Guided Walking Tour:

2. Casemates Du Bock:

The tunnels were used for the army and storage purposes but now are great tourist attractions.
3. Viaden Castle:
This is not exactly in the capital city but in a neighboring region up in the north. But guess what? Luxembourg is a very small country and the neighboring places in this country are not that far at all! Just 50km from the Luxembourg city is the beautiful Viaden Castle. Take a train to the Ettlebruck Gare and change to bus 570 to vianden. The bus stop is closer to the castle entrance. The castle is on a hill, 15-minute walk is all it takes to reach this architectural paradise.
4. Grand Ducal Palace:
This is basically the palace of the duke and is still used by him as his residence and his office. Until mid-june to September, the palace is open to tourists and visitors. This extravagant palace will keep your imagination blowing of what life could be here like! But only guided tours, no personal visits!
5. Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin:
This ornate cathedral also called Notre Dame stands in a small square and another entrance is literally in a very normal looking street. This modest cathedral offers the charms of the old world’s living. The crypts beneath hold the remains of the members of the Grand Ducal Family.
6. Chemin De La Corinche:

This is Luxembourg’s best view point! It is on the old ramparts built by the Spanish and the French at the same time the constructed the tunnels. This path is car free and it follows to reach the Alzette Valley.
